Dear Taryon:
Pursuant to your request at the Development Review Committee
Meeting on the referenced Plat on October 25, 1988, enclosed are
two prints of the Heartz Road Preliminary Plat as revised. The
original submittal has been revised to show zoning districts of
adjacent areas.
I have also enclosed a print of the Drainage Area MaD. The
original submittal of this map has been corrected to include
preliminary pipe sizes on the proposed storm drain system just
south of Parkway Boulevard and to change the designation of the
drainage subarea south of the municipal center site from III-A to
III-B.
We are continuing to investigate other issues raised by the DRC
including the proposed curve radius in Heartz Road and the
property ownership question on the east side of the Right-of-Way
north of Sandy Lake Road. Please advise me if you request my
attendance at the Development Review Committee meeting on
November 1, 1988.
