Water
Add three (3) inline 12" water valves - use 600 feet spacing rule·
Will the existing 8" sanitary sewer take the wastewater flows
from this area?
Need average daily water consumption and average daily sewage
discharge for this area.

Delineate linear park
Drainage easement for 3 - 6x4 box culvert headwall
Grading detail for bank @ existing lakes
Need detour details
· Brick paver to match existing crossing
Parks
· At lake area, will this be modified to provide for proposed
drainage?
Slopes should be grassed with suitable materials such as rye if
winter months or bermuda if sumuer months of construction occurs
to reduce erosion and siltation of lake.
Streets
Pavers at the intersection of Heartz & Parkway must match up

Enclosed is the executed application for the referenced plat. I am
signing this on the condition and understanding that the Parks of Coppell
Joint Venture II is not waiving any of its rights to review the proposed
plat and request changes thereon as provided in the ~ntract documents
with ABQ Developn~nt Corporation. As I have advised you by copy of
another letter, w~ have forwsrded the proDosed plat to our engineer for
review, and will advise, you shortly of any requested chan~es we may have.
I had an occasion to speek with Jay Chester on the pt~ne today and he also
confirmed to me that our joinder in this application in no way changed or
modified our rights to review and approve the proposed plat.
