I am signing this on the condition and understanding that the Parks of Coppell Joint Venture II is not waiving any of its rights to review the proposed plat and request changes thereon as provided in the ~ntract documents with ABQ Developn~nt Corporation. As I have advised you by copy of another letter, w~ have forwsrded the proDosed plat to our engineer for review, and will advise, you shortly of any requested chan~es we may have. I had an occasion to speek with Jay Chester on the pt~ne today and he also confirmed to me that our joinder in this application in no way changed or modified our rights to review and approve the proposed plat.
