The use of a Registered Professional Landscape Architect be waived in order to
use a local Registered Nurserymen to do the Landscape Plan.
Permitted to use 5" thick concrete pavement (in place of the required 6" thick
concrete pavement) in all parking areas based on an engineer's soils report.
