RE: HEARTZ ROAD ELEMENTARY - VARIANCE REQUEST
Dear Mr. Howman:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a variance to the Subdivision
regulations, as it pertains to the Heartz Road Elementary plat, was approved by the Coppell City
Council on June 8, 1993, as follows:

the use of a Registered Professional Landscape Architect be waived in order to use a
local Registered Nurseryman to do the Landscape Plan,
permitted to use 5" thick concrete pavement (in place of the required 6" thick concrete
pavement) in all parking areas based on an engineer's soil report.
