Development Fees
Dear Mr. Elmore:
We are enclosing a copy of the City of Coppell development fee calculations for Heartz Road
Elementary School.
Typically, a portion of the fees are due at the time of Council approval, a portion at the time
of the Building Permit and a portion prior to the issuance of the meters. However, the permit
has already been issued for this site and no fees have been collected. At this time, a check
should be provided in the amount of $28,201.07. This covers the amount that was due at the
time of Council approval and at the issuance of the Building Permit plus 2 % inspection fee. The
remaining $396.84 will be due at the issuance of the irrigation meters.
Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $28,201.07 and
forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Acting Finance Director, Finance Department, along with a
copy of the fee calculations as soon as possible.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our offices. Copies of your receipts will help us
verify payment of the required fees for this project.
