Dear Mr. Sieb,
I am submitting this letter to request that the CISD be
allowed to temporarily place chain link fencing along the
south boundary of the Town Center school site. I believe
that Mr. Robert Howman discussed with you the future use of
a box culvert in this area. As soon as the box culvert is
complete, CISD will replace the chain link fence with fence
of the same type as has been used around the perimeter of
the site. This fence is needed in order to provide safety
and security for Town Center students.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. We are
ready to construct the fence as soon as approval is granted.
