We have reviewed the above referenced project for compliance with the City
of Coppell standards and approve it subject to the following:
1. At Sandy Lake Road/Lodge Road intersection, the proposed right-of-way
extends onto adjacent property to the west.
2. Provide a water line easement between Lots 8 and 9.
3. Provide easement for 8" sanitary sewer at Southeast end of project.
4. Provide typical street cross sections.
5. Provide names on three cul-de-sac streets.
