Preliminary Plat
We have completed the review on the above referenced project and recommend it
be presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission for review. As a prelimi-
nary plat, it is in general conformance with the subdivision ordinance with
the following exceptions:
1. Easements shown for the sanitary sewer, water and storm sewer is not
reflected on the actual preliminary plat itself.
2. R.O.W. dedication on Sandy Lake Raod needs to be 25', not 20' in width.
3. The conflict with the R.O.W. at Sandy Lake Road and Highland Meadow
Circle must be resolved on the final plat.
4. Provide a 10' easement for the 8" sanitary sewer from the Southeast
corner of the property to the existing sanitary sewer manhole.
5. Need a description of the property and survey abstract number.
6. Show 30" Dallas Water Transmission Line along Sandy Lake Road.
These items must be resolved prior to being placed on the council agenda for
consideration as a preliminary plat. If you have any further questions, please
