Re: Highland Meadow Subdivision
Dear Mr. kagland:
Threadgill-Dowdey & Associates Consulting Engineers has resubmitted a
preliminary plat for Highland Meadow subdivision. Please disregard our
previous letter.
It is noted that the applicant did not request any variances to the
subdivision urd~nance. Our review of the revised preliminary plat indicates
that rbis project is in conformance with the engineering requirements of the
subdivision ordinance with the following exceptions:
1. The R.O.W. Dedication for Sandy Lake Road needs to be 25' instead
o( 20'.
The apF!icant does not have sufficient R.O.W. to construct the
street at the intarsection of Highland Meadow Circle and Sandy
Lake Road.
~. The preliminary plat does not show any brick pavers for an entry
We recommend aporoval of the preliminary plat subject to the above being
addressed.
The applicant is advised, by copy of :his letter, that prior to placing
this item on thc Council agenda for final plat approval, all conditions
of the subdivision ordinance must be complied with. These conditions
include but are not limited to:
