Requesting preliminary plat approval
of the Highland Meadow Addition.
APPLICANT:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Preliminary plat for a Single-Family housing development consisting of
49 lots on 8.4 acres. The property was rezoned from SF-12 to PD
on July 24, 1984.
STAFF EVALUATION:
Recommendation of approval subject to the attached comments from the
City Engineer.
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
The P & Z Commission approved (4-0) the preliminary plat and development plan
subject to the following stipulations: 1). R.O.W. dedication on Sandy Lake Road
be increased from 20' to 25'; 2). City Council be informed of the conflict in R.O.W.
requirements at the intersection of Sandy Lake Road and Highland Meadow Circle.
