Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that the Gunner Subdivision, Lots l&2, Block A, Preliminary Plat,
to permit construction of a 600-unit apartment complex to be undertaken in two phases on
separate tracts of land totaling 37.77 acres of property located on the south side of Beltline
Road, approximately 2,100 feet east of MacArthur Boulevard was approved by the Coppell City
Council on Tuesday, September 9, 1997, subject Engineering comments (attached) and the
following condition:
Accommodation of a Hike and Bike Trail to provide a pedestrian link between the
Riverchase development and nearby school facilities.
For your information, Council did not grant the Planning and Zoning Commission Final Plat
authority. Consequently, your Final Plat submittal will need to be approved by both the
Commission and Council.
