Remove photinia from plant list, because its is now subject to disease. Since not all elevations are shown, place note on site plan that all buildings shall be 80% masonry. On Phase II, consider including the same roofline detail under the third story window farthest from the balcony. 4. Provide color board. 5. Show minimum 3" caliper trees. Show placement of overhead power along Belt Line Road underground, or relocate the overhead lines along the east side of Blooming Colors and the south and east sides of the apartment site. 23 perimeter trees, of which at least 9 must be cedar elms, are required along the Beltline Road frontage (primary image zone, see Appendix D of Subdivision Ordinance, Section X, Step 1, page 125, and Section VI, page 114) 8. Show brick paver bands at driveway entrances from Beltline Road. 9. Provide fence elevations. 10. On preliminary plat, show latest replat of property adjoining on the west and resolve the difference in the bearing designations as shown on this plat and as shown on that plat, for the common boundary between the two properties. ll. Provide signature blocks for Floodplain Administrator, Chairman of the Planning & Zoning Commission, and Mayor. 12. List on Zoning Exhibit and Site Plan all requested variations to the zoning ordinance. Note: A. B. Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant. Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the May 1st Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the Aug. 7th DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, Aug. 12th to resubmit twenty-eight (28) folded copies of revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning Department.
