Dear Mr. Martin:
Per our telephone discussion on March 26, 1999, the following items are being addressed
with regard to your review comments related to the preliminary plat. We are in the
process of obtaining an off-site drainage easement across the adjacent property for the
purpose of placing a storm drain pipe. We are working with the adjacent land owner to
obtain that easement.
The architect will show the ADA ramps at the driveways on their site plan and we will
also show them on our civil drawings when we submit design drawings to Engineering
for approval.
