RE: The Hollows/Riverchase Homeowners Association Documents
Dear Isabelle:
Please be advised that we have reviewed the Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions
Amended Restated, First Amended and Second Amended, fbr Riverchase Homeowners
Association as it applies to the Hollows Subdivision. We have reviewed the above referenced
documents pursuant to your request to deter,nine adequacy for inclusion in the Subdivision Plat.
The provisions of the Riverchase Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
comply with the minimum requirements for approval with the Coppell Subdivision Ordinance.
We would request a written letter from the developer in this case that the Hollows is included in
the property description for Riverchase so that we have appropriate confirmation. Please obtain a
letter from Mr. Parson's concerning the inclusion of Hollows in the Riverchase Subdivision by
property description. Upon receipt we are in a position to approve the Homeowner's Association
amendments to include the Hollows.
