RE: The Hollows at Northlake Woodlands, Final Plat
Dear Steve:
This letter is to inform you that The Hollows at Northlake Woodlands. Final Pl.at, to allow the development of
71 residential lots on approximately 32.3 acres of property located along the north side of the DART right-
of-way, between Mockingbird Lane and S. MacArthur Blvd., was recommended for approval by the Coppell
Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, October 15, 1998, subject to the applicant providing
verification prior to recording the plat that TU Electric consents to all pavement proposed within transmission
line easements.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, November 10, 1998, at 7:30 p.m.
A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application. We need by 12 noon, Wednesday, October 28th, 17 additional copies of the Final
Plat to forward on to Council.
