Dear Mr. Anderson:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve Huntington Ridge Addition, Replat of
Lot 32, Block A, located at the southeast corner of Diamond Ridge Drive and Clover Meadow
Lane was approved by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, June 16,
1994. The following conditions apply:
All fees must be addressed;
zoning must be shown on the Plat; and
side and rear building lines must be placed on the face of the Plat for Lots 32 A
and B.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, July 12, 1994,
at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent
this item may result in the denial of this application.
