RE: Huntington Ridge Addition, Replat of Lot 32, Block A
Dear Mr. Anderson:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve Huntington Ridge Addition, Replat of
Lot 32, Block A, located at the southeast corner of Diamond Ridge Drive and Clover Meadow
Lane was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, July 12, 1994. The following
conditions apply:
All fees must be addressed;
zoning must be shown on the Plat; and
side and rear building lines must be placed on the lace of the Plat for Lots 32 A
and B.
No construction may begin until the replat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Approval of this replat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda
date. If the replat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to January 11, 1995,
the replat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached
checklist for the requirements for executing final plats and replats.
