7his letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a zoning
change, Case #ZC-538, was approved by the Coppell City Council on June 9,
i992, with the followinG conditions:
IRACT 1: i) approved with Blocks A & B having minimum 70' lot widths
2) homeowners association be formed to maintain all common
areas, provide public pedestrian easement
3] water bodies be maintained at a constant level
cement stabilized creek base
5) no alleys on east property line, or along Green belt
TRACT 2: 1) minimum 8000 square foot lots, average 9000 square foot lot
size
2) 70' minimum width on straight lots
3) homeowners notified of li§hts at ballpark upon, or before,
earnest money submittal
4) all subdivision plat conditions be complied with
TRACT 3: Denied without prejudice
