Need to provide right-of-way documents for the proposed alley in the existing
TP&L Company easement.
Sidewalks should be constructed by the developer where the streets are constructed
adjacent to the following lots: (1) Lot 1, Blk C adjacent to Mockingbird Lane,
Creekview Drive and Sora Drive; (2) Lot 1, Blk D adjacent to Sora Drive; (3) Lot
63 adjacent to Crestview Drive and Mockingbird Lane.
