Dear Alan:
On behalf of Hager Containers, Inc. and Connell Development Company, we are
requesting that the following variation from the Uniform Building Code be
considered at the September 13th City Council meeting:
Request that Hager Containers, Inc. be allowed to construct
a main building and accessory building not to exceed 98,000
square feet, permitting B-2 occupancy, Type IIN construction,
fully sprinklered, as defined in the 1985 Edition Uniform
Building Code.
