Request for Additional Variance
Hager Container Addition

Dear City Council:
In addition to the variances requested, per letter August 3, 1988, on
behalf of Hager Containers, Inc. and Connell Development Company, we are
requesting that the following variance be added to those variances previ-
ously submitted.
Request that we be allowed to construct a main
building and accessory building not to exceed
98,000 square feet, permitting B-2 occupancy,
Type IIN construction, fully sprinklered, as
defined in the 1985 Edition Uniform Building
Code.
Please consider this variance in addition to those previously submitted.
