Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that the Gunner Subdivision, Lots 1 and 2, Block A, Final Plat, to
permit construction of a 600-unit apartment complex to be built in two phases on separate tracts
of property totaling 37.77 acres located along the south side of Beltline Road, approximately
2,100 feet east of MacArthur Boulevard was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning
and Zoning Commission on Thursday, November 20, 1997, subject to the applicant providing
documentation from the Valley Ranch Associations concerning private restrictions.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, December 9,
1997, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to
represent this item may result in the denial of this application..
Please provide staff with 17 copies of the Final Plat by 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 26,
1997.
