Dear Taryon,
As discussed by telephone this morning, we still need to
have the Kimbel Addition Plat vacated. We recently
submitted to you an exhibit which would vacate the original
plat. This exhibit was prepared similar to the Plat
Vacation for the DTC Addition when the Wynnpage Estates
subdivision was developed.
More recently, you informed me that the Kimbel Addition has
been replatted. We obtained a copy of this replat, a copy
of which has been enclosed, but as you can see this replat
does not affect the Lakewood Estates tract at all.
Please proceed with the vacation of the original Kimbel
Addition Plat as submitted. If you have any questions,
please call Craig Smiley of this office.
