Dear Scott:
Enclosed is the following information:
1. 15 copies of the final plat for Kinder Care Sub-
division.
2. One copy of the properly closure sheet.
3. A check for $500.00 for filing fees.
As we discussed, we are requesting preliminary and final plat
approval. Approval of a specific use zone for a Day Care
Center in a retail zone and approval of our development plans.
The final plat will be executed by Kinder Care and the ori-
ginal resubmitted to you for City signatures.
