A final inspection was conducted on December 23, 1985 for the above referenced
project by representatives of Ginn, Inc. and the City of Coppell. Ail items to
the project are in compliance with the standards set forth by the City of Coppell
subdivision requirements and are found to be acceptable to both parties. As-
built drawings and one-year maintenance bonds have been received from both parties
with a maturity date of January 1, 1987.
