This is to advise you that our firm has reviewed the above
plat and construction plans. We recommend that the final
plat be placed on the Planning and Zoning Commission agenda
for approval.
We are aware that we are recommending approval of the
preliminary and final plats on the same agenda. We are of
the opinion that the earlier submittal and approval of a
conceptual plan for this project warrants the accelerated
approval.
