GENERAL APPLICATION: The applicant is proposing to develop 22
single family houses on a 4.6 acre site. This proposed addition
would be adjacent to Highland Meadow, a planned single family
development by Univest.
STAFF EVALUATION: Recommendation of approval of this Final
Plat is subject to the attached comments from the City Engineer.
P & Z COMMISSION: The Planning and Zoning recommended approval 4-0 with the
s~tip~ulatiqn to landscape the small area southeast of Lot 1, Blk. A to prever{t access
from alley to Highland Meadow: Circle.
