Gentlemen:
We have reviewed the above referenced project for compliance
with City of Coppell standards and requirements of.the
subdivision ordinance. Prior to our recommendation to place
this on any agenda for approval, the following items need to
be addressed.
1. Show adjacent owner to west and existing zoning.

Show on-site and off-site drainage system. Show street
width and typical section. Show intersection radii.
Show sidewalks.
3. Connection point of water should be to existing 8" water.
Provide for wider alley transition at Northeast corner of
lot 5.
If any variances are requested, please submit letter
outlining specific requests.
