Prior to placement on the City Council agenda, the following points need to be addressed: Provide details of landscaping and entrance features per City Streetscape Plan. the screening wall adjoining Highland Meadow Circle may be omitted. 2o Provide reference to standard details and specifications relevant to project. 3. Provide compacted subgrade to 92% of standard density. Please provide storm sewer in Sandy knoll Drive.
