Dear Gary,
Enclosed are two prints of subject property which show the changes we dis-
cussed in our meeting yesterday. This is the plat which we would like to
submit as a preliminary plat for this site.
We feel that the changes are minimal and actually make the project a more
desirable residential community. Some of the changes were to facilitate
construction of MacArthur Boulevard to accomodate the City of Coppell.
There are 91 lots on this plat and encompass approximately 26.5 acres of
land. That is a yield of 3.43 units per acre as compared to 4.15 on the
original site plan.
If this plan is acceptable to you we would like to have it scheduled on
the February Planning and Zoning meeting if at all possible. We could
submit the required drawing by February 7th or 8th if you were to give
us your O.K. by Monday February 5, 1990. We realize that this is extremely
tight scheduling and may not be possible. Anything you can do will be most
appreciated.
