Dear Mr. Allen:
We are in receipt of your letter dated September 17, 1987, which
contained the conditions and stipulations by which you would consider
donation of right-of-way for MacArthur Boulevard, and the development of
the adjacent tracks. We are continuing to review this information and
as soon as all staff reviews have been made it would be our intention to
schedule a meeting with you to review these conditions, and advise you
of our plans and position. We anticipate that this meeting will occur
on or before October 15th.
