Homeowners Maintenance Agreement Required
The Public Works Staff has reviewed the plats and plans for Lake Park Addition.
This subdivision will need a Homeowners Maintenance Agreement submitted
to the Land Development Department prior to Council's approval. This
Maintenance Agreement must be received no later than 1Z:00 p.m. on September
8, 1987 or Staff will recommend denial of the final plat.
