RE: DEVELOPMENT FEES REQUIRED FOR LAKE PARK SUBDIVISION
Dear Mr. Hinkley:
After researching the conditions which were initially applied to the above
referenced property by the City of Coppell in 1982, we find that a
majority of the normally required development fees are waived for this
project.
My review included conversations with our legal counsel, Larry Jackson.
Together, Larry and I conclude that development fees in the amount of
$13,650 (91 lots @ 150.00/lot) is the total amount owed the City.
I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by our delay in reaching this
decision, but trust you can now complete your project in an expeditious
manner.
