Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 214-462-0022 May g, 1990 Mr. Bill Anderson Dowdey & Associates 16250 Dallas Parkway Suite #100 Dallas, Texas 75248 RE: LAKE PARK ADDITION - FINAL PLAT Dear Bill, This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a final plat, for Lake Park Addition was approved by the Coppell City Council on May 8, 1990, with the following conditions: 1) that a left turn land be provided on Lake Park Drive at the intersection of MacArthur Boulevard, 2) that a combination masonry and wrought iron screening wall adjacent to this property on MacArthur be provided by the developer, 3) minimum street centerline radius to be less than 425 feet, 4) allow Circle Cove intersection with MacArthur Boulevard alignment, 5) exemption to the current Floodplain Management Ordinance, but with City approved finished floor elevations shown on lots, 6) allow curved sanitary sewers, and 7) lots 1 through 11, Block A, be limited to one story only.
