of 71 residential lots on approximately 32 acres of property at the northeast
corner of Beltline Road and Mockingbird Lane, at the request of Tipton
Engineering, Inc.

Need to get a 20' offsite easement for the proposed 8" waterline which will connect to MacArthur
Blvd. waterline.
May need to consider some type of traffic calming devices on Sora Drive.
Need to provide variance request for cul-de-sac length.
The developer will be required to construct 4' sidewalk on both sides of Sore Drive which fall into
the TP&L Company easement.
Can the alley at the rear of Sofa Drive be constructed over the existing sanitary sewerline manholes?
