RE: TH-1 zoning change on our 23 acres at the TP&L lines and Dart railroad.
Dear Gary:
This letter is sent to file my written protest of the City Councils actions on May 12, 1998
changing the THo1 (Town House) zoning. Since I am opposed to the change I believe a three
fourths vote of the Council would be required for the Ordinance you referred to in your
May13th letter to me.
In lieu of returning to TH-l, I would request that the Council grant straight SF-7 based on us
going forward with a preliminary plat generally following the design of the attached layout. I
feel that this layout will satisfy the issues which were raised at the May 12th meeting and
leave us with lots which we will be able to market.
