Dear Steve:
This letter is to inform you that on August 11, 1998, the Coppell City Council reconsidered its previous action
and approved The Hollows at Northlake Woodlands. Preliminary Plat, to allow the development of 71
residential lots on 32.327 acres of property located along the north side of the DART Right-of-Way; between
Mockingbird Lane and MacArthur Boulevard, subject to the following conditions:
1)
That the applicant provide sufficient access for municipal fire and hazardous material emergency
response as indicated on your revised Preliminary Plat.
2)
Show on the plat a Homeowners' Association easement to the building lines on Lots 34 and 35
on which a decorative metal fence would be constructed and maintained by the HOA with
removable gates on both sides of the easement for emergency vehicle assess, as approved by the
Fire Chief.
3)
Show on the plat a uniform 8-foot high wooden screening fence with metal poles to be
constructed along the rear of Lots 42-62 with the stringers facing the inside of the property (good
side of fence facing Beltline Road).
