RE: Lakeside Village, Phase H, Replat
Dear Mr. Krueger:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of Lakeside Village, Phase II, Replat,
to create a single lot to allow the development of a Kroger grocery store which includes a bank
and a food court for restaurant use, located at the northwest comer of Sandy Lake Road and
MacArthur Boulevard, was granted by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, September 12,
1995.
Approval of this replat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda date. If the
replat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to March 12, 1996, the replat
shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached checklist for
the requirements for executing final plats and replats.
