Butler 6905 Chevy Chase Dallas, TX 75225 P O Box 478 Coppelt, Texas 75019 14-4 -0 October 12, 1994 RE: Lakeside Village Addition, Replat of Part of Lots 2 and 3 Dear Mr. Butler: This letter is to inform you that your request to approve Lakeside Village Addition, Replat of Part of Lots 2 and 3, to allow the operation of Lakeside Village Academy, a day care center on Lot 3A, located at the northwest corner of Sandy Lake Road and MacArthur Boulevard, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, October 11, 1994, with the following conditions: 2. 3. 4. there be added solid living landscaping along the west side of the property; the applicant needs to abide by the Streetscape Ordinance; a left turn lane needs to be constructed to service the northern driveway; a sewer line must be constructed from MacArthur Boulevard to your western property line along the northern side of the property. Construction plans will be required; escrow will be required for Sandy Lake Road before a building permit will be issued on Lot 3B; and all information concerning this site will be required to be submitted to the City on computer diskette compatible with the City's computer. Please contact Doug Stevens at 393-1016 to obtain additional information. No construction may begin until the replat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval of this replat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda date. If the replat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to April 10, 1995, the replat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required.
