The responses are provided in the same 0rdcr as the comments received. 1. We will work with TU Electric for approval to discharge storm drainage nmoff from an on-site system to the adjacent TP&L risht-of-way. The storm drainage pipe i and hcadwall are not proposed to be constructed on TP&L right-of-way, tl~refor~, we have not shown an off-site easement at this location. (If any work is performed on TP&.L right-of-way it will be for grading oaly, subject to TU Electric's approval.) Recording information for any required off-sim easements will be provided with the final plat after the location of thc proposed easements are determined based on engineering plans and the easements are executed by the adjaccm property owner(s). 2. The fence and carports in the "front yard" area havc been removed from the site plan and l,md~a~ plan. We intend to submit an application for variai~es to the BOard of Adjustments on September 2nd for the October 61h meeting.
