RE: Jefferson @ Riverchase Addition, Preliminary Plat
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of Jefferson @ Riverchase Addition,
Preliminary Plat, located along the east side of MacArthur Boulevard, approximately 400 feet
north of Riverchase Drive, was recommended denial by the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission on Thursday, May 19, 1994. One of the major reasons for denial related to safety
issues and, specifically, to the fact that all deceleration lanes were not shown on the plat.
In that there appeared to be some confusion regarding our concerns with traffic movement at this
site, you are urged to contact our Engineering Department for additional comments. We would
also suggest your review of our new Subdivision Regulations to ensure all other platting
requirements are met.
