RE: Jefferson at Riverchase, Final Plat
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve the Jefferson at Riverchase, Final Plat,
located along the east side of MacArthur Boulevard, approximately 400 feet north of Riverchase
Drive, was recommended by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday,
November 14, 1994. The following conditions apply:
A Developer's Agreement relating to five feet of right-of-way and an adjacent
five-foot easement which needs to be dedicated for the deceleration lane will need
to be drafted by the City's legal staff and executed prior to submission to City
Council;
the off-site drainage easements should be acquired and recorded with the County
so that the volume and page numbers can be shown on the final plat.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, December 13,
1994, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case should be present at this meeting. Failure to
represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
