RE: Jack In The Box~ Lot 1~ Block 1, Preliminary Plat
Dear Mr. Bunnell:
This letter is to inform you that the Jack In The Box Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, Preliminary Plat,
to allow the construction of a 2,742 square foot fast food restaurant on approximately 1 acre of
property located on the south side of S.H. 121, approximately 320' east of N. Denton Tap Road,
was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
April 20, 2000, subject to the following condition:

The revised plat shall reflect revisions to the Site Plan relating to driveway
spacing and deceleration lanes on Denton Tap Road and S.H. 121.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, May 9, 2000, at
7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this
item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its
agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning
and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the Planning Department 17
folded copies of the all exhibits on or before 12 noon~ Wednesday~ April 26th. Also, please
submit three (3) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reductions at the same time.
