Dear Kirk:
This letter is to inform you that the request for approval of a Replat of Lake Park Addition,
Block E, Lots 10-14, 17, 19-22, and 24-25 was denied by the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission on Thursday, November 18, 1993. It was recommended, by the Commission, that
this replat be reconsidered at its December 16th meeting after legal counsel has reviewed and
approved Univest's legal arrangement for adjacent homeowners to take the responsibility of
maintaining the property behind the fence of those property owners who do not wish, at this
time, to purchase the property.
