Requesting final plat approval for a La Petite Academy Wier and Associates, Inc., represented by Ken Prather The applicant is requesting final plat approval for a La Petite Academy located 233 feet east of Denton Tap Road on Bethel School Road. The building area consists of 4,894 sq. ft. on a lot of 27,617 sq. ft. The plat meets all subdivision requirements and zoning district regulations. The applicant proposes to build a solid six foot in height masonary screening wall along their eastern property line and on the northwest section of the lot where it is abutting the car wash. All refuse and property screening walls will be the same as the building. STAFF EVALUATION: The staff recommends approval of this final plat. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a 5-0 vote. SB/asm
