We have reviewed both the above referenced submittals for
conformance to City ordinances and standards and offer the
following comments.
1. Existing zoning is SF-7. Is this a request to change
zoning?
2. Provide location map or vicinity map.
3. Indicate adjacent landowners.
4. Indicate city limits, county lines.
5. Survey, abstract, name and address of engineer/surveyor.
6. Indicate dimensions of tract.
7. Indicate topography.
8. Is MacArthur Blvd. existing or proposed? Has it been
platted yet? Has the alignment been approved?
9. Streets constructed within the City shall conform to the
City of Coppell geometric design standards.
10. Do not recommend acceptance of "private streets" in City
of Coppell.
11. Alleys are required in all residential subdivisions.
12. Not enough guest parking provided. Provide one-half
space per unit located behind the curb line.
13. Major thoroughfare plan indicates Moore Road (C2U) as
depicted on drawing.
14. Delineate flood prone areas, floodways, etc.
