The following sets forth our comments. 1. Provide 50' drainage easement at west side of property. Indicate all applicable improvements thereon; ie, building, drives, parking. 3. Show easement, utility access and fire lanes, as applicable. Other than the above stated items, we have no further objections to the plat as submitted.
