We have reviewed the above referenced plat for general
conformance to the city of Coppell ordinances and standards. The
following sets forth our comments.
1. Provide 50' drainage easement at west side of property.
Indicate all applicable improvements thereon; ie, building,
drives, parking.
3. Show easement, utility access and fire lanes, as applicable.
Other than the above stated items, we have no further objections
to the plat as submitted. Should you have any questions or need
