This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a final
plat of Lee Elementary School, was approved by the Coppell City Council on
January 8, 1991.
The Council did note that our proposed City-wide drainage plan indicates a
30 inch storm sewer should be constructed along your northern property
line to eliminate potential future drainage problems.
