RE: Kiddin' Around, Minor Plat
Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that the Kiddin' Around, Minor Plat, to allow the development of a 2,950
square foot day-care facility on 1.12 acres of property located approximately 312' west of Denton Tap
Road; along the north side of Parkway Boulevard, was recommended for approval by the Coppell
Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, September 16, 1999, subject to the following
conditions:
1)
Electric easements shown on the plat will have to be approved
by TXU. (see attachment)
2)
All mechanical equipment, such as HVAC being properly
screened. (see Harry Hargrave's letter)
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, October 12, 1999, at 7:30
p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may
result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets
only those items which accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning
Commission. The submittal deadline for revised drawings is 12 noon, Wednesday, September 29th.
Therefore, please submit 17 folded copies of the revised drawing, plus three (3) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reductions
on or before that date.
The drawing which requires change in order to comply with the Planning and Zoning recommendation is:
Minor Plat.
