Revise the floodplain limit note. There is no FIRM dated January 25, 1995. Refer to the
existing panel # and date then reference the LOMR.
Provide a 20' drainage easement for the proposed/existing storm drain located on the
property.
Consider locating the storm drain pipe next to the existing system along the east side of the
property.
The water meters need to be located in the R.O.W. or in an easement adjacent to the
R.O.W.
